Custom Burnham Boiler & Multi-Zone Heating System

We installed a Burnham EMP224E boiler rated at 224,000 BTUs in a 3,390 sq. ft. home. The system includes a high-efficiency Grundfos pump and an 8-zone heating setup designed for efficient, consistent comfort throughout the house.

Six zones heat cast iron radiators, one zone supplies domestic hot water, and another zone provides radiant heat for the garage. We piped the system with a clean manifold layout and installed dedicated zone control panels for reliable operation and precise temperature control.

This system provides even heat distribution, improved efficiency, and better control throughout the home.
